I recently started an instagram account, and chose to name it "Lipsticks for breakfast", a funny name that kinda represents my current lippie obsession.
So why not starting a related blog?
I am going to start with a recent haul I made at my local Sephora (Milan, Italy), which was encouraged by the seasonal sale that is happening worldwide.
Many high end and low cost pieces were highly discounted, so I took advantage of the fabulous promo and picked up some interesting pieces.
This purple beauty was accidentally stored in the discounted section, but I was told it was not on sale since it's one of the brand new released palettes.
To apologize for the inconvenient, they applied a 20% discount on this specific item. I was also gifted a really nice YSL make up brush, really handy and perfect to carry in my purse, and a sephora x formula x nail polish. So, in the end I was convinced to purchase it ;)
I love me my purples and I simply could not resist this violet shades: this particular palette may seem a bit too repetitive and almost monochromatic, but it allows you to create different looks and to create enough depth, even without a black shade. I will tell you more about my impressions as I keep on playing with it.
The other fabulous item I picked up is Lancome's l'absolu rouge lipstick in Rose Desir.
Creamy and intense, it embraces the lips with a luxurious hug.
